Former Italian international striker Fabrizio Miccoli, best known for his time with Palermo, spoke on the main rivals to Juventus for the Serie A title this season.

“Napoli are strong and they won well at the Olimpico against Lazio and there is enthusiasm surrounding the team. Milik is doing well and Saturday will be decisive. Meanwhile Inter have had an excellent transfer market and Roma have many talented players,” Miccoli, who last played in the Maltese top flight with Birkirkara before retiring back in 2015, said in an interview with Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb.

The Nerazzurri made no less than seven new signings during the transfer window, including the signings of Radja Nainggolan from Serie A rivals Roma and Argentine starlet Lautaro Martinez, all while perfectly complying with financial fair play regulations and in the eyes of many, “won” the transfer window over their fellow clubs in Italy and arguably across the world.
