Italian pundit Mario Sconcerti has reflected on Inter’s performance in their 2-2 draw with Torino last night in his weekly column with Corriere della Sera.

“Inter is like an allergy, never serious but almost always incurable. It is difficult to keep up with the pace of the first two and also of many other teams. It is a much stranger situation than in the past. Yesterday against Torino they played a perfect first half, one of the best of the last two years. Then they disappeared, as if they had had a serious injury. Inter at the start of the second half had nothing left to say in the game. They had dominated the first half and had seemed to be a team ready for business 5hen everything disappeared so quickly that it did not make sense.

“Now Inter is 5 points behind Napoli and Juventus. Above all I do not understand the logic of yesterday’s result. Enough with Pazza Inter, we thought it was time for a normal team. The character and the talent of the real midfielders are missing, the character of the team is missing.”
