Inter legend Ronaldo shared his delight at Inter being back in the Champions League after a long absence from European football’s top continental competition.

“Inter is always in my heart, even if I have followed them only a little recently and I have not talked to Massimo Moratti in a while. Inter are back in the place they deserve to be in the Champions League where they will compete with the best.”

Ronaldo then spoke on Cristiano Ronaldo’s arrival at Juventus.

“Taking Cristiano Ronaldo does not mean that Juventus will be champions automatically. What can not be denied is that it is a huge, unthinkable blow, but nobody can say what will happen and what equilibrium will change. I wish him the best of luck.”

The Brazilian striker also spoke on the 1998 World Cup final and his life nowadays.

“It was not the game of my life as I was not well, but 4 years later, when I thought I would not play anymore, after a serious injury, life gave me the chance to redeem myself. When I felt tired, and the pain started, I stopped playing and now I enjoy my family and my life in Madrid.”
