Inter Winger Perisic: “We Can Get Out Of The Group In The Champions League”

Inter winger Ivan Perisic believes Inter have it in them to get out of their group in the Champions League but insists that he and teammates must take things game by game and not get too far ahead of themselves after the 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur last night.

“It is a crucial win for us. We fought until the last minute and showed that we have character, we gave everything. Our team was in the Champions League for the first time, so it was not easy. We can get out of the group, but we need to take it one game at a time,” the Croatian said in an interview with UEFA’s official website off the back of last night’s result.
