Sandro Mazzola Hopeful Inter Could Win Something This Season

In an interview with SoccerMagazine.it, Inter legend Sandro Mazzola has spoken on what objectives can be realistic for Nerazzurri following last night’s 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League, a result that continued Inter’s up and down form pattern.

“When things go well we start thinking, “and now we are strong, eh?,” but I do not know. I think it is a matter of general maturity and of conviction but I can not give an answer to such a question [about what objectives Inter should realistically have]. I hope something happens, but I doubt it will.”
