Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan has taken to social media to celebrate Inter’s Champions League win over Tottenham Hotspur as well as looking ahead to Saturday’s league match with Sampdoria.

“This is an important start, now on to the league,” the Belgian posted to his official Instagram account alongside a photo of himself and teammates celebrating the victory.
