Inter defender Sime Vrsaljko will play no part for Croatia over the international break to allow him to recover.
Reports doing the rounds in the past few days had suggested he would be sent home and he has now been replaced by Karlo Bartolec in the squad for the upcoming clashes with England in the UEFA Nations League and Jordan in an international friendly.
