Roberto Gagliardini is to benefit from Radja Nainggolan’s injury at least according to Tuttosport who report that the Italian will be in the starting line-up for tomorrow night’s match with Lazio something he otherwise may not have been in had the Belgian been fit.

Nainggolan picked up an ankle injury in the 1-0 Milan derby win a week ago and will be out for the next few weeks. Gagliardini will come in and partner Marcelo Brozovic in the midfield two so to allow Matias Vecino to be deployed in behind club captain Mauro Icardi in the role of trequartista.

The report from the Turin based newspaper reports that Inter manager Luciano Spalletti will make a few more changes for the match at the Stadio Olimpico. Defensive duo Sime Vrsaljko and Stefan de Vrij will both be back in the starting eleven having watched the loss to Barcelona mid-week from the bench.
