Inter midfielder Matteo Politano looks set to be deployed in behind captain Mauro Icardi for the Nerazzurri’s game with Lazio tomorrow night according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.
In the absence of the injured Radja Nainggolan, Inter manager Luciano Spalletti needs to find a solution to fill the void left by the Belgian and as per the report he has settled upon Politano to fill it.
Politano will be in the middle of the attacking trident behind Icardi with Antonio Candreva and Keita Balde playing either side of him.
Having missed the game with Barcelona, Stefan de Vrij is expected to come back in in place of Miranda while Dalbert is also expected to come in in order to give Kwadwo Asamoah a rest.
