Based on current performances, Inter are not thinking of taking up their redemption option on loanee Keita Balde according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

Despite his below par output since his summer arrival on loan from Monaco, Inter manager Luciano Spalletti is refusing to give up upon the player he specifically requested and is willing to give him another chance to prove his worth.

The report from the Rome based newspaper reports that the Senegalese winger is likely to start for Inter tomorrow in their game against Frosinone in order to give regular starter Ivan Perisic time to rest after a busy international break and ahead of the tough fixture run.

To keep Keita Balde on a permanent basis Inter would have to fork out a sum of €34 million, a figure that seems way too much for a player who has failed to show what he previously did in Italy while with Lazio.
