Roma have made an enquiry to Udinese about the availability of attacker Rodrigo de Paul with a view to making a move for him ahead of next season according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

Signed for just €3 million, the Argentine is now valued at around €30 million and Roma are looking at the versatile 24-year-old due to the possibility of both Javier Pastore and Lorenzo Pellegrini moving on during the Summer transfer window.

de Paul, who is capable of playing in almost every attacking position, has also drawn interest from Inter as well as from Tottenham Hotspur.

It is highly unlikely that he will move on from the Bianconeri during the ongoing January transfer window due to Udinese bosses deeming him as a very important player.

In 19 appearances across all competitions this season, the former Valencia player has scored six goals and tallied three assists in 1726 minutes of action.
