Borja Valero: “Inter Want To Bring Top Quality Players Back”

During an interview with Sport Mediaset, Borja Valero praised Inter for their clear intentions of bringing back players of huge international quality such as Diego Godin.

“When there are great players, there are great teams that are following them. It is not easy to be in pole position to take players like that, but Inter are doing a good job in that area lately.”

When talking about the elimination from the Champions League and entering the Europa League he says, “The Europa League complicates everything because there are more matches closer together, and there’s still a long way to go, we have to stay focused to remain in the top four.”

The 34-Year old Borja Valero has made 22 appearances for Inter this season including six appearances in the Champions League. The central midfielder joined Inter in the summer of 2017 from Fiorentina and has been an important part of Inter’s first team.
