Former Juventus and Chelsea coach Antonio Conte insists he has not been in touch with any Italian clubs amidst rumors linking him with taking over at Inter from Luciano Spalletti in the summer.

The former Bianconeri manager spoke briefly with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia moments ago where he was asked about the Inter job specifically, but denied it strongly.

“I am feeling very good, sure I miss the pitch but I have decided to take some time off and rest. I am really very calm and waiting for my next destination. I am here [in Milano] because earlier I was in Bergamo. I have not received any offers from Italy.”

When asked Conte declined to give his thoughts on Chelsea who suffered yet another defeat in the Premier League at the hand of Bournemouth by 4-0.

“I can’t talk about Chelsea . I still have an open legal issue with them.”
