Inter are keeping tabs on Argentine starlet Federico Navarro according to a report from respected transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.

The Nerazzurri have courted him for quite some time but would need to use a non-EU spot in order to sign him due to the fact he does not have a European passport. Should he acquire one, Inter would obviously not need to use one of the two spots.

He has been earning rave reviews due to his performances for the Talleres first team and was regarded as the man of the match by many in their most recent game with Estudiantes.

The report goes on to state however that Inter are not the only club interested in the 18-year-old sensation. Inter face competition from a host of clubs in both Germany and Spain with Atletico Madrid being one of them.

Navarro, who will turn 19 next month, is under contract at his current employers until the Summer of 2021.
