Lautaro Martinez was Inter’s star performer in the Nerazzurri’s 2-0 triumph over SPAL yesterday in the eyes of Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 21-year-old Argentine striker has been awarded a 7/10 rating for his efforts at San Siro as part of the Milan based newspaper’s player ratings.
There are no less than five players tied for second best performance with all receiving 6.5 ratings. The players in question are Cedric, Stefan de Vrij, Andrea Ranocchia, Matteo Politano and Borja Valero.
Miranda, Joao Mario, Marcelo Brozovic, Dalbert, Roberto Gagliardini and Kwadwo Asamoah all meanwhile got 6/10 ratings while the worst performance belonged to Antonio Candreva who was given a 5.5.
Despite playing the full game, Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic was not given a rating due to the fact he had nothing to do all game barring one easy save.
