Spalletti Could Make Multiple Changes To Inter’s Starting Line-Up For Tonight’s Match With Genoa

Inter manager Luciano Spalletti could make several changes to the Nerazzurri team that started in Sunday’s 1-0 defeat at home to Lazio for tonight’s clash away to Genoa according to a report from Tuttosport.

Starting with the formation, Spalletti, as per the Turin newspaper, will ditch 4-2-3-1 in favour of deploying the team in a 4-3-3 system, a system that has brought success for the club when used recently.

Kwadwo Asamoah and Danilo D’Ambrosio who both started in the defeat to the Biancocelesti look set to lose their places in the starting eleven with Dalbert and Cedric Soares coming in to replace them respectively.

In midfield, Matias Vecino, will play alongside Marcelo Brozovic and Joao Mario, with the Portuguese to take Borja Valero’s place in the side.

Up top, both Matteo Politano and Ivan Perisic will keep their place in the team and they will play either side of Mauro Icardi, who Spalletti has already confirmed will start.

Inter predicted line-up (4-3-3): Samir Handanovic; Cedric Soares, Milan Skriniar, Miranda, Dalbert; Matias Vecino, Marcelo Brozovic, Joao Mario; Matteo Politano, Mauro Icardi, Ivan Perisic.
