An Inter fan who received a banning order for insulting Inter winger Ivan Perisic has had his ban lifted according to a report from Il Giornale di Brescia.
Almost a year ago to the day, the fan insulted the Croatian at the end of a match which led to him being handed a three year banning order from attending sporting events.
As Perisic left the field following Inter’s 2-1 defeat to Sassuolo at home, the fan in question shouted “go get a shower, idiot.”
Perisic, clearly angered by the comments, retaliated and told the fan, ”come here and I will kill you.”
This season Perisic, who is under contract with Inter until the end of the 2021/22 season, has been near ever present in Luciano Spalletti’s side making no less than 41 appearances across all competitions for the club.
In nearly 3300 minutes on the field, the 30-year-old attacker has contributed eight goals whilst tallying just as many assists.
