Inter’s lawyer has been in and out of the club’s headquarters on several occasions in the past few hours as the club look to iron out the final details of Antonio Conte’s contract to become the next Inter manager according to a report from Sky Sport.

The former manager of the Italian national team will be announced either tomorrow or on Thursday but it all depends on when the club decide to inform current manager Luciano Spalletti that his services are no longer required at the club after two years.

Due to the death of Spalletti’s brother, Marcello, things have slowed down in this regard but it ultimately does not change anything.

Media speculation regarding the terms of Conte’s Inter contract has been rife in recent weeks. Whilst almost ever news outlet is in agreement over him signing a three year deal, his salary has meanwhile ranged from €9-12 million per season.
