Inter Midfielder Matias Vecino: “Unforgettable, We’re In The Champions League Again”

After having helped his teammates win the match against Empoli in the final match of this season’s Serie A, a win which meant that the Nerazzurri qualified for the group stages of next season’s Champions League, Inter’s Uruguayan international midfielder Matias Vecino, was understandably very happy.

The former Fiorentina player took to his official Instagram account posting the photo below together with the caption: “It will be unforgettable. Aside from everything. The ending, the tension, the fear and the final whistle is unforgettable.”

“The road taken, full of ups and downs is unforgettable. The warmth from our fans is unforgettable. It is unforgettable because it was unforgettable one year ago and so it was again this time. We are once again in the Champions League. This Pazza Inter maybe isn’t so crazy in the end after all…”
