Inter have offered full-back Dalbert plus cash to sign Alessandro Florenzi from Roma, according to Il Messaggero.
The club are in the middle of convoluted talks as they look to reach an agreement for Edin Dzeko, who has already agreed personal terms with the Nerazzurri and is waiting for the OK to move.
Both need to secure a series of capital gains before 30 June in order to balance their books and for that reason they are evaluating other players they could swap between each other.
Conte coached Florenzi when in charge of the Italian national team and would see him as ideal to play at right wing-back in his 3-5-2 system.
The Giallorossi are said to have ‘taken time to reflect’ on the offer as they ponder losing another of the club’s symbolic players, having already let Daniele De Rossi go.
Inter in any case are widely expected to complete the deal for Dzeko regardless of whoever else is included in the deal.
