Javier Zanetti: “Inter’s Women Had An Unforgettable Season”

Inter vice-president Javier Zanetti has celebrated the success of Inter’s women’s team in this past season wherein they secured promotion to Serie A.

“I am really happy because I believe that we must grow also in this sense, it is right that the girls have this chance. They managed to return to Serie A in what was an unforgettable season where they had 21 wins and a single draw,” the Argentine remarked at an event in Modena.

Asked what is next for Inter’s women he added,” I think they will soon become professional but I think they are still missing a little in this regard.”
