Inter will receive a 50% cut of any future transfer fee for Yann Karamoh after agreeing to sell the player to Parma, according to Sky Sport.
The forward is due to join the Ducali on a permanent deal worth €12-13 million, following fresh talks at the club’s offices today.
The Nerazzurri wanted slightly more money from Parma initially, with reports elsewhere suggesting they had asked for €15 million.
Parma have made up the difference with another idea, though, guaranteeing Inter half the money from any future deal with another club.
Karamoh joined Inter in a €5.5 million deal from Caen in 2017 but struggled for game-time in his debut campaign.
The 21-year-old scored three goals on loan for Bordeaux last season and will now get the chance to gain more experience in Serie A.
Parma wanted Karamoh on loan last summer but they are now poised to sign their target on a permanent deal.
Inter will receive a healthy captain gain from the sale as they look to get a head start on their Financial Fair Play requirements for next summer.
