Inter and Roma will meet this coming week to hold even more talks over the possible transfer of Edin Dzeko according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

The two clubs have held several talks with one another and it has been abundantly clear throughout that the two clubs value the veteran Bosnian striker differently.

Inter value him at €10 million whilst Roma are believed to want double that for him. This despite the fact his contract only has a year left to run in the Italian capital.

The report states that in the most recent talks, the gap was reduced to €6 million as Inter upped their offer to €12 million and Roma dropped their demands to €18 million.

There is obviously still some work to be done if a deal is to be closed and the player himself is seemingly confident that his wishes to leave the Giallorossi for Inter will soon be granted.
