Valentino Lazaro To Make Inter Debut This Evening In Champions League Clash With Slavia Prague

Valentino Lazaro will make his Inter debut in tonight’s Champions League group stage opener at home to Slavia Prague according to a report from Turin based news outlet Tuttosport.

The Austrian international has been unable to appear for the side since his circa €20 million Summer transfer window move from Bundesliga outfit Hertha Berlin due to injury but having got some minutes in his legs over the recent international break he is ready to make his first appearance in Nerazzurri.

Lazaro’s inclusion in the team will be one of several changes that Inter manager Antonio Conte will make. Danilo D’Ambrosio is to come in for Diego Godin, Matias Vecino for Nicolo Barella whilst Lautaro Martinez will come in for Matteo Politano and partner Romelu Lukaku in the attack.

Predicted Inter XI (3-5-2): Samir Handanovic; Danilo D’Ambrosio, Stefan de Vrij, Milan Skriniar; Valentino Lazaro, Matias Vecino, Marcelo Brozovic, Stefano Sensi, Kwadwo Asamoah; Romelu Lukaku, Lautaro Martinez.
