Corriere della Sera are of the belief that with thanks to how Antonio Conte has got Inter playing, the Nerazzurri are ‘feared and respected’ once more.

Between now and Sunday, Inter will firstly take on Barcelona away from home and will then face Juventus at home, matches that will see them come up against Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

“Inter will challenge the two strongest players in the world in matches that will allow them to understand their standing in the footballing world,” the report begins.

“First they will face Lionel Messi and then Cristiano Ronaldo. The Nerazzurri are determined to come out from the matches unscathed and the matches can show a complete and realistic picture of Antonio Conte’s team, who are feared and respected unlike in recent years.

“They head into these games, unbeaten in the league, with just two goals conceded and the best defence in the top five European leagues. There is a lot of pressure on Barcelona, who have had a few problems but they are still among the most formidable clubs in the world.”
