Inter Striker Lautaro Martinez: “Not The Result We Expected, Let’s Think About The League”

Lautaro Martinez has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to share his thoughts and feelings following Inter’s 3-2 defeat away to Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League group stage.

The Argentina striker continued his fine form by opening the scoring just a few minutes after the game began and Matias Vecino soon doubled the Nerazzurri’s lead. Inter went in to half-time 2-0 up but completely collapsed in the second half allowing Dortmund to score three goals.

“It was not the result we expected. Now we have to leave this behind, and work to improve in all the details to keep growing. Let’s think about the league as that is the next engagement we have,” he posted.
