Romelu Lukaku has hit double figures in the goals column in the league for the eight consecutive season of his career, a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport highlights.

The Belgian forward has netted 10 goals in his first 13 league games in an Inter shirt following his club record €65 million arrival from Premier League club Manchester United during the Summer transfer window.

Only one player in Serie A history has managed to score more in his first 13 games than Lukaku. Istvan Nyers managed 11 goals in his first 13 league games after he joined Inter from Stade Francais.

The report from the Turin newspaper also highlights that Lukaku has hit double figures far quicker than a number of other top strikers to have played for Inter recently.

The 26-year-old former Chelsea and Everton player has managed to hit double figures quicker than Mauro Icardi, Christian Vieri, Samuel Eto’o, Diego Milito and Ronaldo all did.
