Inter need to convince Udinese to start talks over midfielder Rodrigo de Paul according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.
The Nerazzurri strongly want the Argentine midfielder in the upcoming January transfer window but Udinese are understood to not be too keen on the idea of dealing one of their star men given their current situation in the league.
They are understood to value him between €30 and €35 million and the player himself would seemingly be keen on a move elsewhere.
25-year-old de Paul’s time with Valencia did not go as he had hoped it would and now he wants another chance to prove himself at a top club and Inter could grant him that chance if they can convince Udinese into dealing him to them.
This season he has made 12 appearances across all competitions for the Bianconeri. In just shy of 900 minutes on the field, he has contributed two goals and one assist.
