Diego Godin has followed in the footsteps of several of his teammates in taking to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to share his thoughts and feelings after Inter’s goalless draw with Roma on Friday night at San Siro.

The Uruguayan international defender played the entire game, a game which Inter could have more than easily won given the many good opportunities that they had to score.

33-year-old Godin made his 14th appearance across all competitions this season.

“We tried to win by trying until the final whistle!! It’s still important to add points when you can’t win!! We continue to work together,” he posted.
