Inter defender Stefan de Vrij expressed his disappointment at the Nerazzurri’s tough goalless draw against Roma on Friday in a post on his Instagram page.
The 27-year-old Dutch defender, who is contracted to Inter until 2023, played the full 90 minutes of the game and was one of the stars for the Nerazzurri, effectively nullifying any attack mustered up by the Giallorossi all game. He has been a core part of coach Antonio Conte’s tactical system so far this season.
He posted some photos from the game alongside the caption: “Good performance but shame about the draw.”
