Former Inter midfielder Dejan Stankovic expressed his joy at his new role as head coach of Serbian side Red Star Belgrade with a post on his Instagram page today.
The 41-year-old Serbian joined the staff of Inter coach Antonio Conte a few weeks ago but left to take the head coaching role at his former club. It will be his first head coaching role, although he previously worked as an assistant coach at Udinese in the 2014/15 season.
Stankovic posted a photo of himself alongside the caption: “Back home again.”
