Milan Skriniar and Nicolo Barella will come back into the starting line-up for tomorrow night’s match in the Coppa Italia against Cagliari according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.
The defender and midfielder were both forced to miss Saturday’s 1-1 draw at home to Atalanta in Serie A due to having to serve a suspension having picked up an accumulation of bookings.
Their returns will be two of a number of changes that Inter manager Antonio Conte will make to face the Rossoblu, the report goes on.
Andrea Ranocchia should come into the line-up for what would be just his third appearance of this season across all competitions.
Valentino Lazaro should also be given another chance to impress at wing back but it remains to be seen which side he will be deployed on.
The report goes on to add that Sebastiano Esposito could make his second start and will take the place of one of Lautaro Martinez or Romelu Lukaku, who will be given some much deserved rest.
