Inter Wish Ex-Nerazzurri Striker Ivan Zamorano A Happy 53rd Birthday

Inter gave their best wishes to former forward Ivan Zamorano for his 53rd birthday on their Twitter page yesterday.

The Chilean spent five years in Milan from 1996 to 2001, where he made 150 appearances across all competitions. In that time Zamorano scored 41 goals and provided one assist. He also helped the side to win the UEFA Cup in the 1997/98 season, scoring a goal in the final against fellow Italian side Lazio.

Inter posted a photo of Zamorano alongside the caption: “9 has always been a special number for you, however you write it. Happy 1+8 January Ivan, happy birthday!”
