Christian Eriksen is to meet again with Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy today as he looks to convince him to let him leave to join Inter according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.
Eriksen and his agent, Martin Schoots, met with Levy earlier on in the week and during that meeting Eriksen reiterated his well known desire to leave Spurs in order to join Inter.
Levy responded by telling Eriksen that the club want €20 million for him and Inter are yet to meet those demands. Moreover, Levy suggested to Eriksen and his agent that he could renounce some of the money the club are due him.
Inter’s most recent offer for Eriksen was worth €15 million in total and they remain hopeful that Spurs may even just slightly drop their demands.
However, the report does go on to state that Inter want Eriksen and want him immediately therefore they could end up giving in and offering a deal worth €20 million in total.
