Christian Eriksen is likely to partake in his first training sessions with his new Inter teammates tomorrow according to a report in today’s print edition of Corriere dello Sport.
The Danish international arrived in Milan earlier this morning ahead of a medical and he will soon sign a contract that will bind him to the club for the next four and a half years.
Due to the fact he is expected to only train tomorrow, it is unlikely that he will be called up for the Coppa Italia match against Fiorentina on Wednesday night.
He, like Inter’s recent signing Ashley Young, could miss the first game upon his arrival but then be in the squad for the second match, which is an away match away to Udinese this weekend.
Eriksen looks set to become the club’s third signing of the window following the arrivals of the aforementioned Young and more recent arrival of Victor Moses from Chelsea. He is unlikely to be the last arrival either, with it understood Inter will welcome one of Fernando Llorente or Olivier Giroud too.
