Inter Defender Bastoni: “We Have To React Immediately”

Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni has taken to photo sharing social media platform Instagram to reflect on Inter’s 1-1 draw at home to Cagliari on Sunday afternoon.

The Italian youth international centre back, who joined Inter from Atalanta back in 2017, returned to the starting line-up having started from the bench against Lecce last weekend. The match with Cagliari saw him make his 12th appearance across all competitions to date this season.

In 956 minutes on the pitch, he has scored a single goal.

“It is in times of difficulty where you see a team! We have to react immediately, we now focus on Wednesday,” he posted.
