Inter Have Knocked Back Several Offers For Top Prospect Esposito This Month

Inter have knocked back three loan offers and one outright offer for young striker Sebastiano Esposito this month according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

Parma, SPAL and Cagliari all made loan offers for the 17-year-old sensation whilst Napoli tried to sign him on a permanent basis as they offered between €12-15 million but Inter did not entertain any of the offers and sent them straight back to the sender.

The reason for this is because the club have a strong belief in the Italian youth international, so much so that Inter look set to pull the plug on their move to sign Olivier Giroud from Chelsea.

Inter have seemingly had a deal in place with the French international over personal terms for some time and he even rejected moves to the likes of Lyon, Aston Villa and Marseille due to being so set on the idea of joining Inter.

The report goes on to add that Inter are working on a new and improved contract for Esposito that will tie him to the club until the end of the 2024/25 season.
