Lautaro Martinez has the second highest transfer value of every under 23 striker on the planet according to Transfermarkt, as pointed out by SportsBible.com.

The 22-year-old Argentine international is valued at €83.4 million and finds himself behind only Paris Saint Germain and France star Kylian Mbappe, whose Transfermarkt value is no less than €211 million.

Lautaro joined Inter back in the Summer of 2018 from Superliga Argentina side Racing Club in a circa €20 million deal thus meaning his value has quadrupled in the 18 months he has been with the club.

Lautaro has become one of the first names on the team sheet this season and has formed a deadly partnership with Romelu Lukaku up front in Antonio Conte’s 3-5-2 system.

He has made 27 appearances across all competitions this season for the Nerazzurri, who he is under contract with until the end of the 2022/23 season. In 2103 minutes on the field, ‘El Toro’ has scored 16 goals and also provided four assists for his teammates.
