Italian Report Claims Inter Do Not Intend On Letting Milan Skriniar Go This Summer

Inter have no intention of letting go of Milan Skriniar and fully intend to keep him on board for at least next season according to a report from FCInter1908.it.

Skriniar joined Inter in the Summer of 2017 from Sampdoria and has far surpassed the expectations anyone had of him with him having cemented himself as not only one of the best defenders in Italy but worldwide.

As a result of this, Skriniar has long drawn links with other clubs with Premier League rivals Manchester City and Manchester United among the clubs to have shown an interest.

The report goes on to state that Diego Godin’s future is meanwhile in doubt with the club despite the fact he only joined this past Summer on a free transfer.

Part of the reason for the doubts are the performances youngster Alessandro Bastoni has put in which have ultimately kept Godin out of the team as of late.

The report goes on to add that Inter are also eyeing some defensive reinforcements and have set their sights on Hellas Verona defender Marash Kumbulla, who they are willing to spend €30 million on.
