Inter’s Lautaro Martinez has the seventh largest transfer market value for a striker worldwide according to a report from Transfermarkt.
The 22-year-old Argentine international has a value of no less than €80 million and finds himself in some pretty good company in the list.
Paris Saint Germain and France national team star Kylian Mbappe has the largest transfer market value of €200 million.
Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane has the second highest value with €150 million and Inter linked Barcelona superstar Antoine Griezmann is third with a value of €120 million.
Lautaro’s €80 million value falls some €31 million short of the release clause in his current Inter contract, a clause which is only able to be activated in the first two weeks of every July.
He has drawn extremely strong links to Barcelona in recent weeks and recent months as they look to find a long term replacement for the ageing Luis Suarez. Real Madrid have also been linked with him.
