Tomorrow night’s Europa League match at home to Ludogorets will be an important one for Alexis Sanchez according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.
The Chilean national team attacker joined Inter on a season long loan from Premier League club Manchester United this past Summer but has not exactly performed to expectations, partly due to the fact he has spent the majority of his time with the club on the sidelines.
Sanchez is understood to want a permanent switch to Inter in the Summer but time is running out for him to prove himself to club management that they should bring him in permanently.
The 31-year-old former Arsenal man is expected to add to his 13 appearances across all competitions to date in tomorrow night’s clash at San Siro which will be played behind closed doors. In little under 500 minutes on the field, Sanchez has contributed a single goal and provided three assists.
