Inter defender Alessandro Bastoni discussed the Nerazzurri’s fundraising campaign for the Sacco hospital in Milan, which is currently helping to fight the Coronavirus, in a video posted on the Milanese club’s Twitter yesterday.
The 20-year-old Italian defender, who is contracted to Inter until 2023, has become a consistent member of the first team this season under coach Antonio Conte. The player has made 17 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1330 minutes.
Bastoni discussed Inter’s fundraising campaign, saying: “Hello everyone, as you know it’s a very difficult time for all of us and to improve the situation you have to stay at home as I am doing. If you want to make your donation go to Inter’s Facebook profile. A hug and Forza Inter.”
