Before Inter would allow Lautaro Martinez to leave the club, a number of things need to occur, particularly him expressing a desire to leave the club according to a report in today’s print edition of Tuttosport.

The Argentine national team striker has drawn very strong links to Barcelona as of late and whilst Inter have no interest in dealing him away, things could change if the player asks to leave the club but Inter are still awaiting for this to happen, although it ultimately may not happen.

Inter are more than happy to keep the highly rated 22-year-old around and are in no rush to sell him but if he is sold, Inter will pocket a lot of money which can be used to find a suitable replacement and to sort out the club’s budget.

The report from the Turin based newspaper goes on to state that if the youngster is knock back the advances of the reigning Spanish champions to stay with the club, he will be rewarded with a new and improved contract.
