Inter dedicated InterTV yesterday to former midfielder Diego Simeone in a post on their Twitter page.
The Argentinian spent two years of his career in Milan with the Nerazzurri, between 1997 to 1999, before moving to Lazio. He helped the Nerazzurri win the UEFA Cup in 1998. Simeone made 85 appearances across all competitions in his two years with Inter, scoring 14 goals and providing six assists in that time.
Inter posted a highlight reel of Simoneβs time at the club alongside the caption: βTwo intense seasons in black and blue. What is your memory of βCholoβ Simeone?β
