Italian Media Report If Antonio Conte Resigns Max Allegri Won’t Say No To Inter CEO Beppe Marotta

Former Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri is ready to take on a new coaching job and wouldn’t decline an offer from Inter due to his relationship with CEO Beppe Marotta, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

The report details how the 52-year-old Italian coach is ready to return to a coaching job after 14 months off, spending time relaxing after leaving Juventus at the end of last season.

French club Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in acquiring the former Milan and Juve coach, but Inter may also be interested.

The Nerazzurri are going through a difficult period with coach Antonio Conte, the report continues, with the former Juventus and Chelsea coach complaining about the squad’s depth and mentality.

Should he leave in the summer, Allegri wouldn’t decline an offer from Inter, due to his great relationship with Marotta. The Inter CEO previously helped Allegri dominate Serie A when the duo were together at Juventus.
