Inter players were whistled off the pitch by the Curva Nord having given up a 2-0 lead in the 2-2 draw with Torino last night according to Tuttosport.
The Curva were fired up pre-match hopeful of Inter bouncing back from defeat to Sassuolo last weekend as evidenced by one of their banners.
“Suning: Kept their promises and respected requests. Spalletti and the players: There is no excuses, get your head’s down and win,” it read.
Unfortunately, their wishes were not met as Inter again failed to meet expectations in a game many had them down to win, just like against Sassuolo. After two games Inter have just a point to their name rather than the six predicted by almost everyone once the Serie A schedule was released for this season.
