Inter Were Tough, Lucid & Authoritative As They Outclassed Lazio

Rome based newspaper Corriere della Sera praised Inter’s performance from Monday night as they beat Lazio by a scoreline of 3-0.

“The sixth consecutive victory and the fourth victory away from San Siro in the league deserves to be praised. Inter regained ground on the highly acclaimed Napoli of Carlo Ancelotti in second place and returns to seeing the stars once again.

“This time, in addition to the result, there is the way of playing that needs extra attention. A tough, lucid and an authoritative team that came back to the stadium where they secured the fourth Champions League spot last season, this time outclassing Lazio that came to last night’s game filled with revenge for the defeat five months ago.”
