There were a large amount of players to under perform for Inter as they blew a 1-0 lead late on against Chievo Verona which caused the Nerazzurri to leave Verona with just one point rather than all three.

Rajda Nainggolan, Matias Vecino, Matteo Politano and Stefan de Vrij were Inter’s joint worst performers in the eyes of Gazzetta dello Sport who gave them a 5/10 rating in their player ratings from the match. Sime Vrsaljko, Marcelo Brozovic and Lautaro Martinez were only marginally better with 5.5 ratings.

Milan Skriniar, Danilo D’Ambrosio and Borja Valero all got 6/10 ratings while Samir Handanovic, Joao Mario and Mauro Icardi all got 6.5 ratings.

Inter goalscorer Ivan Perisic was judged by the Milanese based newspaper to have been the best performer and he received a 7/10 rating.
