Antonio Candreva will have to tread carefully throughout tonight’s match against Slavia Prague as a booking will see him pick up an automatic suspension, a report from FCInterNews.it highlights.
The Italian wing back has been booked in two of Inter’s four Champions League matches to date with both of those bookings coming in the matches with Borussia Dortmund in recent weeks.
Nicolo Barella, Stefano Sensi, Kwadwo Asamoah and Alexis Sanchez are all currently out with injuries and the last thing that Inter manager Antonio Conte needs for the final Champions League match with Barcelona in two weeks time is for Candreva to be suspended.
The 32-year-old has been a near ever present feature in Conte’s Nerazzurri side this season having made 15 appearances across all competitions. In just shy of 1000 minutes on the park, the former Lazio player has contributed three goals and has also provided two assists for his teammates.
