Inter have already initiated talks with the representatives of Fiorentina’s Gaetano Castrovilli regarding a possible Summer transfer window according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

Castrovilli has been one of the revelations of this season and is arguably one of the best midfielders in the league at the moment and as a result he will come far from cheap.

As per the report, Inter and other interested clubs are likely to need to fork out somewhere between €40-50 million to land the Italian international.

Castrovilli is understood to be one of Inter’s top transfer targets for the Summer transfer window and his possible arrival would certainly strengthen Inter’s midfield furthermore.

The report goes on to add that Inter are in continuous contact with his representatives and have asked to be alerted about any developments.

This season the 22-year-old has made 21 appearances across all competitions for La Viola, who he recently signed a contract extension with until the end of the 2023/24 season. In just over 1800 minutes on the park, Castrovilli has scored three goals and provided two assists.
